How to join NUTRINET

An Institution who wishes to join the Network shall first write a letter of intent to join addressed to the NUTRINET’s Governing Board’s Chairperson. The Network will then schedule an orientation-meeting with the requesting institution. A conforme letter indicating the obligations of participating member will be sent after the orientation-meeting. Membership duration to the Network is for three years which is renewable subject to the Network and institution’s agreement.

The membership criteria include:

1) libraries of R&D institutions, academic institutions, private industry as well as special institutions on food, nutrition and related fields;

2) libraries whose resources can be shared with the consortium; and

3) libraries with permanent and alternate representatives in the NUTRINET TecCom.

In the event that a member-institution will terminate its affiliation with NUTRINET, a written notice of such should be sent to the Chairperson of the Governing Board.
