The Nutrition Research Information Network (NUTRINET) conducted a Seminar on Digitization of Information Resources and STARBOOKS Orientation. The seminar is in partnership with Department of Science and Technology - Food and Nutrition Research Institute (DOST-FNRI) and Department of Science and Technology - Science and Technology Information Institute (DOST-STII). It was held on September 19, 2019 at the CAST Room, STII Building, DOST Compound, Gen. Santos Ave., Bicutan, Taguig City.

The Nutrition Research Information  Network (NUTRINET) conducted the Adopt-A-Library (AAL) Turnover   Ceremony at Cavite State University – CCAT Campus (CvSU-CCAT), Rosario, Cavite on August 23, 2019. The day  coincided with celebration of CvSU-CCAT’s 49th Foundation Day and     NUTRINET’s 32nd Anniversary. CvSU-CCAT is the fifth beneficiary of NUTRINET’s AAL project. The project assists the collection development of public college or university libraries in need of additional references in Food & Nutrition (F&N) and related courses.

The Nutrition Research Information  Network (NUTRINET) conducted a Seminar-Workshop on Data Visualization for Social Media Content Production. This was conducted in partnership with Department of Health-Knowledge Management and Information Technology Service (DOH-KMITS) and Department of Agriculture-Agricultural Training Institute (DA-ATI). It was held on May 21-23, 2019 at the One Vittoria Hotel, National Highway, Bantay, Ilocos Sur.

The main objective of the seminar-workshop was to improve the technical skills of NUTRINET Technical Committee members on data presentation and marketing of resource centers and libraries using infographics.
